What Is Healing at Krinda?
Healing, in this context, is not a promise to erase every difficulty or replace medical care. It is a sacred, attentive process of restoring harmony — helping life-force move freely again through body, emotion, and spirit. Many arrive carrying exhaustion they cannot explain, grief that will not settle, or a sense of being disconnected from themselves. Healing work creates conditions for release, renewal, and reconnection.
The Abhiruitu Method of Healing was developed within the Krichanda tradition as an integrated approach: honouring ancient understanding of energy, mind, and consciousness while speaking clearly to contemporary lives.
अन्तर्ज्योतिः प्रकाशोऽहम्, स्वास्थ्यं च विश्वदायिनी।
“I am the radiance within; I am wellbeing that nourishes the world.” — This spirit guides the healing path: inner light first, then outward wholeness.
Core Principles of the Abhiruitu Method
- Wholeness — Body, mind, and subtler dimensions are addressed together, not in isolation
- Receptivity — Healing happens when you are willing to receive as well as to release
- Presence — The practitioner holds steady, compassionate awareness throughout the session
- Natural rhythm — Progress respects your pace; forcing rarely heals
- Integration — Insights and shifts are anchored through simple practices for daily life
- Ethical care — Clear boundaries, confidentiality, and respect for your autonomy
When People Seek Healing
You may find this work supportive if you are experiencing:
- Chronic stress Feeling wired, overwhelmed, or unable to switch off
- Emotional heaviness Sadness, anxiety, or numbness without clear cause
- Life transitions Loss, career change, relationship endings, or identity shifts
- Physical tension Headaches, tight shoulders, digestive upset linked to stress
- Spiritual unrest A longing for meaning, peace, or connection
- Post-illness fatigue Needing gentle restoration after medical treatment (with doctor's awareness)
Healing sessions do not diagnose medical conditions and are not a substitute for physicians, psychiatrists, or emergency services. They complement conventional care where appropriate.
How a Session Unfolds
- Conversation — You share what brings you here. History, current concerns, and intentions are heard without judgment.
- Assessment — Subtle observation of breath, posture, and energy informs the direction of work (this is intuitive and experiential, not clinical testing).
- Healing process — Methods may include guided breath, gentle touch or energy work, visualisation, sound, or meditative holding — always with your consent.
- Grounding — Time to integrate; you leave oriented and stable, not unmoored.
- Aftercare — Suggestions for rest, hydration, journaling, or simple home practices until the next session.
Relationship to Yoga & Meditation
Healing often pairs naturally with yoga to rebuild physical resilience and with meditation to stabilise inner awareness. Some clients begin with healing when they are too depleted for active practice; others add healing when yoga alone has plateaued. Krinda can help you find a sensible sequence.
What Healing Is Not
- A quick fix or single-session miracle claim
- Replacement for licensed medical or mental-health treatment
- Dependency on the practitioner — the aim is to strengthen your own capacity
- Dogmatic or fear-based teaching
Preparing for Your Visit
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand. Arrive a few minutes early to settle. If you are on medication or under medical care, inform Krinda so sessions remain safe and coordinated with your overall wellbeing plan.
Healing can stir emotion — tears, memories, or fatigue afterward are normal. Plan gentle rest following a session when possible.
